Kickboxing at Tsubokai is the original fast, fat-burning fighting sport. It’s got the old school methods of western boxing. It’s got kicking techniques from Japanese and Korean martial arts.

Don’t worry if you think you’re unfit. We’ll train at your pace, and help you build you up to light-contact sparring.
It’s safe and controlled, but it really gets the adrenaline pumping. And if you want to take it to the next level, you can work through our syllabus from beginner to the coveted black belt.
